Circle House, Šaška

The project began when our client, an artist, came to the studio with one simple wish: “I want to look through a circle.” It became one of the most creative starting points we have ever received.

That single idea shaped the architecture of the house. The circular opening became a viewfinder, framing the landscape and connecting the interior with the garden.

The upper level is open to light, views, and creativity, while the bedroom is placed below, closer to the ground and partially embedded into the terrain. This contrast between elevation and grounding defines the spatial character of the project.

What started as a simple wish to look through a circle became the central idea of an artist's home.
