Three-Unit Residence, Stupnik

A house for three households, conceived as three individual homes rather than a single apartment building.

The volumes shift and step away from one another, breaking the mass into smaller, more intimate pieces. This movement creates space between the apartments, for private gardens, terraces, light, and views while reducing direct contact between neighbouring homes.

Each apartment has its own relationship with the landscape and the feeling of an independent house. Together, the three volumes form a single composition: connected by architecture, separated by space.
